How To Control The Feeling Of Stress?

I am feeling stress at time and also very weak. Further, i had the problem of Post Measels Mannigo Encaphalitis 14 yrs ago but since i am facing this problem and a 4 yrs back i got a head injury. Further, becoz of this stress i get angry at times and cant concentrate on my work or studies. Plz help me!

Handling stress is a tricky issue. There are ways to control stress however, like yoga and free-hand exercises, as well as progressive muscle relaxation techniques. However, I suggest that you consult an expert in this regard, as self-therapy might do more harm than good.
