Having geographic tongue. Affecting throat, slight cough. Temporary relief from hydrogen peroxide, zinc, vitamin B. Solution?

Hi.I seem to have geographic tongue and its also effecting my throat in by giving my a slight cough. hydrogen peroxide seems to make my tongue go right but when i stop then my tongue starts getting geographic tongue again.I have been using zinc and b vitamins but dont seem to work.what else can i do as this is annoying and it makes my tongue sore and tender

If you have geographic tongue then Mouth rinses with anesthetic,
Applied corticosteroids over the tongue,Zinc supplements, vitamin b complex supplements and antioxidant supplementation.

Try avoid these substances such as Tobacco ,Hot and spicy food.
