Main cause of facial pigmentation is sun exposure, even if you take treatment and do not protect your face from sun rays the benefit will be minimal.here tips on sun protection:

1.Best protection from sun is by covering with cloth.
     Thick dark colored, tightly woven, loose and old washed cloth provide better protection from UV rays.
     Wear cap, goggles, driving gloves, and cover your face with cloth while driving.
     Prefer full sleeves to half sleeves to avoid tanning of arms.
     Use umbrella or duptta to cover while in sun.

2. Avoid going out when sun is high especially between 11am to 4 pm.

3. Use sunscreen each time you go out.
     Apply sunscreen atleast 15 to 30 minutes before leaving in sun.
     Apply dots of sunscreen on your face and then spread it evenly. (DOT METHOD)
     By rubbing sunscreen on hands before applying on face you leave most of it on hands.
     Re-apply sunscreen every three hours.
     Clouds don’t filter UV rays, so apply sunscreen even on cloudy or rainy day.

4. Seek shade

5. Drink atleast 2 liters of water to keep your skin hydrated.

6. Eat fruits, vegetables, olive oil, soybean, etc. as they contain antioxidants that protects from sun damage.

Make these part of routine.
Regarding Melacare, it contains steroid so continued use can be harmful.

Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Rajesh Lakhanpaul's  Response
hello manbab
i am ayurvedic practitioner and believe that you have been using too many chemical based applications on your face with the hope of getting fair complexion and the present complaint is the outcome of that. First stop all local chemical applications for time being. Look for other possible causes, specially your diet habits and stuff of food you take, your working hours and nature of work you under take, constipatiuon etc. let me know all this then i will suggest you medicine or diet.
