Having Cluster Of Red Bumps On Lower Back. Looks Like Pimples, Doesn't Itch. What Are They And How Can It Be Treated?

I have a cluster of red bumps on my lower back and they ve been there for years. It isn t acne and it can t be bed bug bites. What is it? It doesn t itch and it s not dry. They look like pimples sorta. And there s about 4 in the bunch. Like I said, they ve been there for years and aren t really poppable. They re not large either.

Welcome to HCM.
Your skin lesion might be Psoriasis or any chronic disease like this..
You need to visit a dermatologist..
Your skin biopsy (for Histopathology) is required for confirming diagnosis and starting medication.
