Having Cervical Curvature Straightening. Pain Between Neck And Shoulders. Tried Panchakarma. Treatment?
Sir,
I am having a problem called cervical curvature strightening due to which i have acute pain between neck at shoulders at one specifica spot.The muscles inside seem hard at that place.the pain travels upto arms and legs.Have tried massages,panchkarma,now doing exercises.
need pain relief immediately if possible.

Hello, if the pain is not going on conservative treatment for long you can go for a MRI cervical spine to find the magnitude of problem but generally the problem settles with heat compress, analgesic, physical therapy and proper exercises most of the time.
