Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the clinical details, the primary diagnosis seems to be sinusitis. Headaches are most likely related to sinusitis. As of now, empirical antibiotics should be started to treat sinusitis. Naproxen can be used for relief of headaches.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist
