Have Weird Smell From Penis And White Stuff Under The Foreskin After Unprotected Sex. Cure?

hi doc, for the last few weeks ever since i had unprotected sex on a one night stand my penis has been giving off a wierd smell and also white stuff builds up underneath the foreskin and the tip of the foreskin seems like it is shrinking as its starting to hurt to pull it down and also little cracks have started with minor bleeding . i have loads of different symptoms and am confused as to what it can be. can you help me?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have acquired infection of the Glans of Penis and Foreskin due to unprotected sex.( Ballano Posthatitis)
Please get your blood tests done to rule out STD
Take antibiotics like Doxycycline twice daily after getting prescription from your family Physician.
Observe proper personal hygiene and clean the glans and foresin with warm water.
It should get cured in a week.
Avoid sexual encounter till gets cured completely.
