Have Uterine Fibroid And Cysts In Ovary. Operation Needed?
My mother has been diagnosed by with a small uterine fibroid (12X15 mm) in posterior wall and a cluster of 3 cysts ranging from 10 to 13 mm in SAD is noted close to the left ovary (left adnexal complex cystic structure - ovarian cyst +/- hydrosalpinx (by pelvis 3d transvaginal ultrasonogram). Ca 125 serum level is 7.6 U/ml. Do you think that she needs to go under operation?
