Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. Since , you have not mentioned your age as this factor is very important to diagnosis. Trembling may be due to stress & tension. In my opinion this trembling not related to Alzheimer's disease. In Alzheimer's disease there develops dementia and trickling of saliva from the corner of mouth beside other symptoms. If tremors are only right side than consult a physician and get M R I head for any pathology. If no disease in M R I then consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion. Try to control stress and tension , if any. Good luck. Dr. HET
Hi Tremors in one limb, increased by stress is often due to Parkinson's Disease. Then it has involved your right hand. This is often associated with depression in >60% cases and memory loss. Alzheimer has to have age of onset after 65, memory loss associated with difficulty in walking, speaking . Dopaminergic medications can help DR SAATIISH JHUNTRRAA
