Have Thyroid Issue. On Eltroxin. With Respect To Test Continue Medication?

I am 51 years old female. I have been using Eltroxin 100mcg for 2years for i have thyroid problem. Test results are below: TEST DONE VALUE / RESULT REF. RANGE UNITS 1. Total T3 (Serum/CLIA) 1.02 0.87 - 1.78 ng/ml 2. Total T4 (Serum/CLIA) 124.52 78.38 - 157.4 nmol/L 3. TSH (Serum/CLIA) 0.3 0.34 - 5.60 uIU/ml Do i have to continue medication?

As your T.S.H value is just below the lower limit,in my opinion you need to adjust the dose of eltroxin to a bit low,may be 87.5 microgram in place of 100 microgram.
