Have Swollen Lymph Node, Sore Neck, Blurred Vision, Headache After Getting Hit. Should I Seek Medical Attention?
I was playing basketball and a girl came behind me and forcefully pushed me into the padded wall. I first hit the left side of my face and my chin. I then bounced off the wall and hit the back of my neck and head very hard! I now have a swollen lymph node on the left side, a sore neck, slightly blurred vision, and a massive headache. Should I seek medical attention?

Hi.Thanks for writing on HCM. Symptoms like blurring of vision (if it is not subsiding), vomiting, loss of consciousness and headache definitely call for medical attention.I suggest to meet a doctor at your vicinity as soon as possible.Hope this helps.
