Have Strange Pain In Lower Back, Stomach, More Pressure, Dizzy, Faint, Dry Mouth. What Could Be It?

I have a very strange pain in my lower back and stomach , more pressure than pain, I have suffered with muscular back pain before and it is nothing like that,it has been happening for few months now and I have been sick at work twice because of it, when the pain/ pressure gets bad I feel very dizzy and faint and have no energy also get a slightly dry mouth please help

Hi and welcomet to HCM.
These are nonspecific symptoms but it may indicate ureteral colic,gallbladder colic or pancreatiits. You should do at least ultrasound and basic lab tests to evaluate this. Try to see is there any food that aggravates your difficulties and then avoid it. ALso check your blood sugar because it can cause such symtpoms too. If nothing is found ot these tests then more detailed gastroenterologic examination should be done. Wish you good health.
