Have Sprained Ankle. Hit On The Same Spot While Playing. Feeling Difficulty To Walk. What To Do?

Hi, I sprained my ankle like a month ago in soccer. After a week, it was fine and I played again, during that match a football hit the same spot (ankle) and I got off the field. I could walk on my foot limping but having difficulty going down the stairs. I walked one day almost 4 km on it. I can still walk on it limping but I cannot bend it. What should I do with it.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I would like to suggest you x ray of the ankle and see if there is any bone damage. Most probably it is a ligament sprain and you will need:
1.Ice appliction
2. compression bandage
3. Diclofenac ointment'
4. Tablet Brufen twice daily.
I find this answer helpful
