Have Sore And Bleeding Vagina After Sex. Using Thrush Cream. Why There Is Fowl Smell?
after haveing sex my vagina is very sore and bleeds , i have two small spots or bumps on the outside of the vagina and they can become sore to, there is also a fowl smell and my urine smells to, apart from these problems i am a very healthy 61 year old, the inside of my vagina feels raw and cut i am useing thrush cream but i dont think its thrush

hi. This is probably not thrush.At 61, you must be menopausal by now and these symptoms are due to estrogen deficiency, where the vaginal skin becomes very thin and dry. But it should not bleed. Please visit your gynec and get local ex. done alongwith pap smear and endometrial biopsy to see the cause of contact bleeding. Don't ignore.
