Have Sleep Apnea, Insomnia, Muscle Twitches, Tinnitus, Anxiety. Taking Klonopin. Any Insight?
For 3 years plus+ I have had1)insomnia( diagnosed with sleep apnea on cpap no help)2) constantly dreaming all night remembering very vivid dreams like movie. I also fall asleep for 5 minutes and have a very in depth dream in that short span3) muscle twitches all over body. Have taken all type of anxiety medications no help(at this moment only on klonopin ) tinnitus in one ear started exactly same time as the other 3 symptoms Can explain other medical anomalies if needed but I get different answers from every doctor...from anxiety Tmj Narcolepsy lack of sleep(lol) sleep apnea etc..Thank for any insight

thx for posting q, first plz let me know are you obese , on wht basis sleep aponea was diagnosed bc its confirmed by studies name POLYSOMNOGRAPHY AND NRACOLEPSY IS BY THGE SAME TEST IN ADDITION TO MULTIPLE SLEEP LATENCY TIME,narcolepsy is bc of lkack of one hormone that name orexin,but from your question its to hard to detect what is your primary diagnosis ,let these test confirm the diagnosis,as modalites for tratment are different in both conditions
