Have Severe Pain From Lower Back To Groin Area, Testical Pain. Advised Some Exercise. Any Treatment?
Hello, I have severe low back pain since 40 days.. I lifted heavy object which started that pain. the pain extends from low back to groin region. i also have throbbing pain in testicles sometimes.. skin over my groin area has got very sensitive.. I visited a chiropractic clinic where i was advised xray . xray revealed left posterior sacral bone and both ilium were posterior. the chiropractor said it was because of injury to back many years ago which was aggravated by lifting heavy objects.. he advised me certain exercise and manipulated my bones at his clinic.. for few days i find it better but still i experience some pain in back and throbbing pain in testicles. plz advise me some treatment for permanent relief.. thanks
I would suggest you to do two investigations. First one is MRI of the spine and other one is USG of the abdomen and pelvis. These two will give us idea about whether you are having a kidney stone or a disc prolapse. I would also suggest you to take pain killer for mean while.
