Have Routine Cdc. Advised Due To Thickness Of Blood, Heart Attack Was Imminent. Help?
My husband had a routine cdc and the doctor sent him to Oncology/Hematology, where they checked his blood 2x in one day. It was an all day event. The Doctor scared us saying because of the thickness of his blood, a heart attack was imminent. My husbands 51 yrs and ht. 5'11 wt 200....has had hep c since early 80's but no problems. We don't know what to think.
Hi, Nothing to worry, Go for S. cholesterol, lipid profile blood sugar and cardiac check up. consult cardiologist and get examined. After examination and investigations he will go for treatment if at all required. Do light physical exercise daily. Avoid sedentary life. Ok and take care.
