Welcome to HCM

Skin rash without itching can be due to some food or drug reaction. It can be due to some harsh lotion, soap, deodrant that you have used recently. it did not suit you.

Antihistamine can counter the effect and help you feel comfortable. It can be due to dry skin, keep yourself well hydrated, take food rich in minerals and antioxidant.

You should take vitamin B and E supplements. Avoid long baths, apply medication lotion after bath. Local application of Calendula oil can help you feel better.

Avoid exposure in sun, wear cotton clothes. Change your mattress, linen, get them treated with antiseptic. You should see a dermatologist if the rash continues to exist. Avoid addiction of any kind.

You can take blood tests to rule out allergic or contact dermatitis. Take care.
