Hi
You seem to have developed a bacterial infection over the area.
You should keep the affected area clean and dry.
Clean it with a topical antiseptic lotion twice a day.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream over it.
Do not apply any other creams or oils over it.
Wear cotton clothes to minimize the sweating.

You should see a nearby dermatologist if the skin condition tends to persist inspite of the above management.
