Have Pulsation Under Rib, Swelling In Ankle, Numbness, Vibration

good day sir, 1.actually i am working on a ship.from last one month i am feeling some kind of pulsation under my left rib, more over when i am going for bed i can t sleep strait, then it will be more, so i am sleeping left sides position. 2.on my left ankle inside, have some swelling from last month, but now swelling is no more, but i am feeling my left leg all the day numb.some vibration through out the day

This may be the nonspecific kind of twitching, often happens with chest wall, if you do not have history of any fever cough, dyspnea (Shortness of breath) fatigue, then no need to worry, if you find any of such symptom then you need to go for a medical examination, long time standing position may some time cause leg problem avoid such position, have some extra supplements of some vitamins, eat well sleep well.
