Have Problems With The Heart. Trembling, Light Headed. Blood Pressure Seems High. Wrist Pulse Weak. Treatment?

My friend Anna has had problems with her heart for about two years now and many times she will begin trembling, and feeling very light headed and then will faint and sometimes will be out for about 20 - 30 minutes. This occurred again this weekend when I was with her, I was watching her blood pressure which seemed to be about 140, I couldn't get the lower pressure because all of sudden she was out and her pulse went extremely low, I was nervous and others were with me but it seemed to be about 6 to 7 beats in the 15 second intervals and stayed very low. She was very clammy and what we thought she may have been a hot-flash to begin, but her beats in her wrist pulse, seemed to be very weak also. She did finally come to, and then her heart beat began climbing and the beats per 15 seconds were about 18-24 beats and seemed erratic. I have asked her to call her doctor tomorrow and thought she may need a pacemaker. I haven't said anything to her but I did ask her to let me take her to the doctor tomorrow if he can see her if she felt comfortable with this. Also, when she collapsed, her bowels nearly exploded. After she came too, we took her to her room and then when she started feeling a little better, we had to help her clean up. There was a man working at the Retreat center way out in the middle of no where and he was a former paramedic. He assisted us, and monitored her and said she really needs to visit with her doctor if this has happened before and it has.

Hi, it appears to be the epilepsy, some times may occur with out the fit. It also may be heart problem as aortic regurgitation or some thing of that sort. But if it is that the frequency may be more.
I advise her to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. if the disease is diagnised she can consult the concerned specialist if necesory. Thank you.
