I am 27 yrs guy having perianal warts (8-10 warts in small size) since 6 months. I had consulted doctor and they had given cryotherapy twice. Now my warts are reduced 50% . Doctor prescribe to apply podowart lotion. But he didnt tell course of application. Please suggest me how many times can i apply cream per day. I am having internal warts in my anus. Hi, thanks for your query.

Podowart ideally has to be appplied by your doctor because very careful application is required. If it comes in contact with the normal skin it can cause erythema to ulceration.
It is difficult to visualise anal warts by yourself and hense self application is difficult , so I suggest you to get it applied by your treating doctor.

It can be applied once or twice a day .
As such it can be applied in the mucosal areas.
Hope this solves your query.
