Have Painful Body, Restricted Movement, Decompression On Torn Tendon Repair In Shoulder. Meaning?

If you can please...my shoulder feels like gravel and I have an aching feeling and restricted movement. Then I experienced an awful aching in the bones in one of my feet! I have within the passed five years had an operation on one knee and this year decompression an torn tendon repair on my other shoulder. Any clues please?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since , you have not mentioned the age and sex as these two things are very important in this case.
Since pain is not only in shoulder joint with restriction of movements , but pain is also in the bones of both feet as you mentioned in your query.
So pain is not localized rather related to general problem of bones.
In my opinion get in blood examination for C B C , E S R and calcium and phosphorus.
Bone density test is very important .
May be osteoporosis , osteomyelitis .
Consult an orhtopaedician and get his opinion.
