General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Local trauma to the muscle or tendon is a possibility. NSAIDS and muscle relaxants can be advised with physiotherapy to help with the pain and spastic episodes.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
