Have Pain On Left Shoulder Blade. Took Tylenol And Xanax. Tingly Tongue And Pain In Left Jaw. Suggestions?

Female 51 have been have constant pain in my left shoulder blade for 2 days. I have taken Tylenol and also Xanax thinking it may be anxiety, but nothing has changed it. Just a little concerned about it being related to my heart. Every now and then I have a slight pain in my left jaw, and my tongue feels a little tingley.

Hi--heart pain can be referred to the jaw and left shoulder but it wouldn't normally be a constant pain for two days. That said, you do need to see a doctor for an evaluation and an EKG. The tongue tingle is likely due to your anxiety
