Have Pain Like Pins And Needles In Chest. Pretty Physically. Is This Something To Worry About?

Hi, Im aged 26 and I believe I'm pretty phsically fit. I run cycle and swim weekly and I have no known illnesses.

I have started recently getting pins and needles in my chest on the left side and under my armpit/arm. Is this something I should worry about and see a GP? I use a heart rate monitor whilst exercising could this possibly be the cause?

Not sure what that might be. It sounds like a nerve issue because of the pins and needles etc. If it doesn't get better I would definately see your GP to see what they think.
