Have Pain In Right Leg. No Medication Taken Till Now. Healthy But Worried. What To Do?

I have pain near the bone on my right leg between knee and chin. It feels weird when I walk too much and first recline in the evening. There is a slight indentation in that area. No severe pain just slightly painful. I have good health but this has been bothering me for a few weeks. Advice please and does it sound serious.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the front of the leg with an indentation is likely to be due to shin splints which are caused by an overwork of the muscles of the leg. Adequate rest and mild pain killers will help in symptomatic relief.
