Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
hallo dear friend
i hv studied your case
how you had any injury to forearm ,wrist ,knee
i think its systemic disease
may be rheumatoid arthritis , or other polyarthritis
you need to do some blood test for arthritic profile
you need through clinical examination to rule out other possiblities

avoid lifting weight?

take rest , take some analgesic , hot or cold fomentation
for further query contact drvaibhavg@yahoo.com
