Oncologist, Surgical 's  Response
Dear Ma'am,

Sorry to hear about your mother's problem. I am glad to hear that the surgery was done completely and the surgical margins are negative. She now needs to receive chemotherapy - AC followed by taxol (paclitaxel). As she is hormone receptor negative, she does not require any other treatment. Also because her nodes are negative, radiotherapy is also not required.
Following the completion of the treatment, she needs to maintain a regular follow-up with her oncologist.

Hoping for the best.
