Have Lupus, Kidney Problems With Bullous Pemphigoid. Is Rituxan Recommended?

I have a disease called bullis pemphagoid (not sure about the spelling. It causes blisters that spring up seeming anyplace it wants. Have been trying to control it with steroids for more than a year with little success. I also ha. ve lupus cops and kidney disease. Have been asked to consider trying a new medicine called rituxan. Would you recommend trying this medicine.

Hi bullous pemphigoid is a autoimmune blistering disorder which presents as blisters all over the body except mucosal areas.it occurs mainly in geriatric patients.bullae are little tough and ruptures within three days.
As u are suffering from lupus and kidney diseases avoid steriods and rituxan can be used in this condition tto decrease the side effects.other alternates like cyclophosmide.mycofinilate mefatal can be used
