Question: I was just told today that I have Bullous Pemphigoid and I wanted to know what are the holistic j
healing recommendations as well as the food I shouldn't eat to irritate...I am on several medications for high blood pressure, blood thinners, and copd. Now this! What should I do?

I am so sorry to hear about this diagnosis of bullous pemphigoid. This is largely an autoimmune disease and steroids/prednisone are the main management strategy. There are no diet limitation required for the proper treatment of this condition. I will also like to review your list of medications to make sure there is no drug that is probably contributing to the onset of this disease condition.
