Question: I was just told today that I have Bullous Pemphigoid and I wanted to know what are the holistic j
healing recommendations as well as the food I shouldn't eat to irritate...I am on several medications for high blood pressure, blood thinners, and copd. Now this! What should I do?

I am so sorry to hear about this diagnosis of bullous pemphigoid. This is largely an autoimmune disease and steroids/prednisone are the main management strategy. There are no diet limitation required for the proper treatment of this condition. I will also like to review your list of medications to make sure there is no drug that is probably contributing to the onset of this disease condition. For this, please list all the medications you are on for me to review.
