Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you might be having fracture of tail bone giving rise to severe pain while sitting straight or pain while get up while lying.
Go for X-ray lumbo sacral region to rule out fracture of tail bone or any other injury on lumbo sacral region.
Mean while use hard bed for sleeping and take rest.
Ok and bye.
