Have Left Abdominal, Waist And Back Pain And Have Urinary Tract Infection Symptoms. Did Urinalysis. Can I Use Citralka Syrup?
hello I had left back pain (on waist) and left lower abdomen pain it is not paining badly sometimes it pains from around 2 months. during my urine analysis the report was normal and dr. asked to test the first urine in that there was symptoms of urinary track infections..so can i use citralka syrup or please suggest me something the infection to cure
Hello and welcome to HCM, Urinary tract infection can cause lower abdominal pain. In order to prove or rule out urinary tract infection, a complete urine analysis is required. Presence of neutrophils, epithelial cells indicates infection. The infection can be confirmed by nitrite esterase test, presence of bacteria and/ or culture studies. In case the infection is confirmed, appropriate antibiotics need to be started. However, since you have mentioned that the urine analysis report was within normal limits, some other cause of lower abdominal pain need to be determined. Consult your physician. Musculo-skeletal pain is a common cause of low abdomen pain.
