Have Intense Back Pain, Heartburn, Suffering From Rosacea. Taking Tetracycline, Doxycycline. Is The Medication Right?

Hi, I have rosacia and my dr had me take tetracycline for 2 months. Then he changed it to Doxycycline-Hyclate and I have taken that for a month and a half now. Just this past week, the past 6 days, I have had pain when I eat or drink anything. The pain is intense and radiates up my back a little also. Normally I would think this is just a bad case of heartburn, but I haven't had hartburn for 10 years. Ever since I had Gastric Bypass surgery.
Is this from the medication?
