Have Hypothyroidism, Psoriasis, Asthma, Hives Treated With Claritin Or Allegra Daily. On Gluten Free. Feeling To Pass Out Often. Suggestions?

I'm a 59 year old white female , 5'8'', 170 pounds with hypothyroidism (take levothyroxin), psoriasis, asthma treated by Singulair, enviromental allergies and hives treated with claritin or allegra daily. I've been gluten free for six years due to fatgue, digestive problems, and headaches. I'm currently dairy free, with seemingly less congestion in my throat and bronchi since quitting that. The past few months I've had a few episodes of feeling as though I'm going to pass out occuring always when I'm resting quietly sitting, a couple of times when I was driving. I take deep breaths and it goes away. I can't find this in symptoms lists online, but it's accompanied by a pleasant feeling, a fluttering in my stomach and tingling and numbness shooting down through the rest of my lower body, legs, and feet . It's not painful, and it feels as though I just want to go with it and fall asleep or pass out. I always take deep breaths instead, and it goes away. I'm having many episodes tonight. I know I usually don't get the amount of sleep recommended for someone my age due to many reasons I won't list. I missed my thyroid pill last night and also stayed up with a sick grandkid, so am currently sleep deprived. I've always snored and have sleep apnea. I tend to be a shallow breather at rest. Narcotic pain meds after surgery have caused me to forget to breathe in the past. One small glass of wine can affect my breathing temporarily, so I avoid it. I had a complete physical in September 2013, including an EKG and bloodwork. The doctor lowered my thyroid medication. My EKG was fine. I will make a better effort to get more rest tonight and in the days ahead because I believe fatigue is related to this, but other thoughts appreciated. Do people sometimes feel pleasant before they pass out? Why does it occur when sitting? I think it has to do with the sleep deprivation and shallow breathing. Thanks.

1. feeling pleasant before passing out can be attributed to fatigue but for one day only and thus could be due to ADR [adverse drug reaction] of claritin [loratidine] and allegra [fexofenadine] both of them causes drowsiness and dizziness [antihistamines]
2. If you have started to experience these symptoms, you need to lie down as soon as possible, so as to avoiding hurting yourself and others. [Drink enough fluids]
3. as you were diagnosed with sleep apnea, possibly you are suffering from ISP [isolated sleep paralysiss] as duration is of minutes. [ and insomnia and sleep deprivation are associated with increase risk].
4. many factors which increase risk can be avoided with minor lifestyle changes i.e. by maintaining a regular sleep schedule or seeing a trained psychologist who can suggest coping mechanisms for stress
5. since you have three separate diseases, but one thing common in them is that they all are "PSYCHOSOMATIC" disorder which mean that unless treatment of mind is not done, physical symptoms cannot be cured [see also for Generalized Anxiety Disorder].

PS
i. shallow breathing is one detrimental factor in sleep apnea and can be the cause of 'pass out'
ii. any amount of sleep deprivation will diminish mental performance, [One of the most common methods used to diagnose is a sleep study, which may require an overnight stay at a sleep center and will monitors a variety of functions during sleep including sleep state, eye movement, muscle activity, heart rate, respiratory effort, airflow, and blood oxygen levels.
