Have Hypothyroidism As A Result Of Radioactive Iodine, Dizziness, Nausea, Blurred Vision. Taking Multi Vitamins. What Is Wrong?

I have a mystery question that no doctor has been able to help me with. I am 32 years old and I have hypothyroidism due to radioactive iodine which I did 2 years ago. I have been on Synthroid 112mg and cytomel 12.5 both once a day in the morning. for some reason every day at night. I get shaking blurred vision my heart feels like it beats harder. and its so bad I cant sleep. Not sure why but I take a multi vitamin mineral vitamin and vegtable vitamin when this happens and then I go back to feeling normal and I am able to sleep. All of my blood test are coming out normal there for the doctors say Im ok?? Ive been to the Er I felt so shaking dizzy and nasua but still they said everything is normal and I am fine?? I noticed I do urinate a lot and I do not drink a lot of fluids, I do take pedialye thinking its dehydration but its the same. now Im lost not sure what to do everything is normal and I feel like crap?

Dear Ma'm, Hi! as you say our recent thyroid balance is normal, your blood sugars are normal, no urinary infection, and you respond to multivitamin then it is mere anxiety, some ant depressants might help you. Regards!
