Have Huge Wart On Finger. How To Get Rid Off It?

I have had a wart for 2 years on my finger and its huge but not as huge as the one on my baby toe that is the size of my baby toe that I ve had for about 5 years. Im tired of them and have tried every single thing I can think of including many home remedies and all store bought remedies. I have come close to getting rid of it before but they are still there. I just heard that maybe Dettol my get rid of it or is it going to be another disappointment.

Wart is viral infection and it has property to re occur.
It is better to consult dermatologist for proper treatment plan.
Radio cautery removal or co2 laser removal is best way to get rid of it.
Home remedies are generally not useful in warts and may worsen the condition.
Please do not break or popped it your own.
Removal done under local anesthesia and very safe and simple procedure.
Salicylic base solution may give good result in small warts.
