Have hip pain in morning. Have pain in leg and hand. Solution?

my mother has very severe hip pain in morning only , we cant guess what is the problem because there is no pain in evening . the pain came yesterday . there is also pain in right leg and right hand i think it is a muscle pain and dont know whether there is a connection between the hip pain and muscle pain .. can u give me a solution for this problem ???

as per your description if the pain is coming and going it is very rarely related to purely muscular is better to consult general physician first and screen for other systemic problems.then go for orthopedical check up and her age is more it may be degenerative arthritis within hip joint but it is highly suggested that without ruling out other disease you should not go for physiotherapy directly.
