Have Heart And Chest Pain. Had Fried Onions Earlier. What Could Be The Cause And The Remedy?

i just ate part of a blooming (fried) onion and now i'm feeling queasy and my chest is tightened up , it feels like my heart is having a difficult time beating. i'm 23 years old male not overweight, my blood pressure was 127 over 75 a week ago. i don't think this situation merits an emergency room visit, but is there anything i can do to improve my predicament in the meantime

It may be reflux. You could try Tums, or over the counter Prilosec or Prevacid. Try drinking some milk as well to see if this helps.
