Have Headache, Dizziness, Bloated. Have Irregular Periods, Took Pregnancy Test, No Relief With Zantac. Also Have UC. Related?
Hi, I have been having headaches,some dizziness,my upper stomach feels blouted all the time and cant even have my pants on them or it hurts, i feel nausus all the time, I have irregular periods and have not had one in 8 months. I took a pregnacy test just to make sure and it was negative. I try and take zantac and tums and nothing helps. I do have UC is it all symtoms of that? and is there anything I can do to help?

Hi,
You main complaints are headache, some dizziness, nausea all the time, bloating of upper stomach which makes you not able to wear the pants. You have irregular periods and your last LMP was 8 mths back. your pregnancy test was negative. All of your initial complaints are due to gas in the stomach, which may be due to peptic ulcer leading to indigestion. Appropriate treatment (including gas absorbing tab containing activated charcoal) along with digestive enzymes will cure you. Avoid all gas forming foods. Regular periodic bland diet is advised. Cattle breeding to be avoided.
Regarding your secondary amenorrhoea, consult your gynecologist.
