Hi.
Nothing to worry.
You didn't mention the test which made the diagnosis of TB.
If lymph nodes are enlarged in the Neck,TB will be confirmed by FNAC(FineNeedleAspirationCytology) test.Whether you had undergone the test?what was the complete report? If TB is confirmed by FNAC test, then you have to go take Anti Tuberculous drugs.
You should take a complete course as advised by your doctor.
Once TB has been confirmed, you have to go for complete course of treatment.
Please take complete treatment and you will be free from the disease.
Complete cure is possible.
Don't worry.
All the best
Regards
