Dear sir

Headache in your case is caused by variation in the temperatures, it is very common in presentation. The regulation of temperature is maintained by basal ganglion in brain.

Control fever properly, take antipyretics. Check for blood pressure and variations, look is there any orthostatic variations.

Check for refractive errors once.

Thanks
