Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

With the description it suggests you are obese and diabetic with pedal edema with discolouration. Edema with discolouration may be due to problem in venour drainage. Since diabetic other chances of edema are there like renal or hepatic problem, hypo proteinemia. I suggest you to keep your legs in elevated position when not walking, always use clean clothes to clean and wear, use MCR chappals always, get done your LFT, RFT, lipid profile, blood glucose level and ECG and consult your doctor for examination and management. Dont delay from examination. Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
Dr. Lohit

Hi,
Due to long diabetes and some atherosclerosis, there might be some vascular insufficiency causing bruises and swelling in legs.
Rule out chances of having diabetic foot.
Consult diabetologist and get examined.
Control diabetes.
Ok and take care.
