Have Cold, Hot Flashes, Feeling Fatigue, White Spots In Mouth, Hurts On Swallowing, On Painkillers. Reason?
I am 17 years old. 5'3" and about 108lb. I've been having hot and cold flashes. Where I would have chills and a couple minutes later be sweating. Also I feel weak and without energy, sometimes light headed. I have one white crater like spot on the right side of the back of my mouth. Just one, and i can't figure out what it is. It hurts to swallow, but the pain isn't super unbearable. I've been on some pain killers (Advil) and i had an ear ache this morning before pain killers.

I think this must be a aphthus ulcer or stress ulcer on buccal mucosa with pain referred to ear (referred otalgia)
Need to take antioxidants like Lycopene containing tablets, multivitamins containing vit c and steroidal topical gel like kenocort gel.
Take full diet with green leafy vegetables and fruits.
