Have Coeliac Disease, Loss Of Appetite, Headache. Worried

I am worried about my daughter.she has been unwell since August last year.back and forth to the docs and specialist.she has been diagnosed with coeliac disease but still feels sick all the time, loss of appetite and headaches.she has an app 1st August with specialist but I am worried to wait that long.when she ate a small amount of lunch she said it felt like acid had been thrown at her stomach inside and the pain hasn't gone away

Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.

The thing with celiac disease is that you must watch your diet very attentively, you must avoid food that contains gluten with a passion, thing of gluten as a poison for your body.
As such the main food to avoid is anything that contains wheat, barley, oats, malt etc..
The list is quite long, so the main thing you need to do is find gluten free food for your daughter.
The reason she is feeling sick and has headaches all the time is because her system is still affected by gluten it will take time for that to stop, again the main thing you need to do is avoid adding more gluten to her system, as that just makes things worse for her.
So what you can do is call up a dietitian and find out what food your daughter can eat or look for a list of gluten free food online.
