Have bowel movements after eating, feel weak, unable to walk long and routine work, leg cramps

For the past 15 days after every meals my bowel gets cleared. Since nothing stays in my food tract I am not able to continue with my 45 minute walking schedule and i am feeling very weak. I am getting leg cramps in the night.
I am 39 years old. Feeling exhausted to do cooking and taking care of my family. Help me please.

As per your statement, what you are having is inflammation of colon, due to various causes.
Weakness and cramps are due to electrolyte deficiency and dehydration. You need IV fluids, and treatment for colitis after macro and microscopic examination of stools. You need relevant antibiotic anti amoebic and if necessary tab to reduce your intestinal motility due to irritation (Like irritable bowel syndrome). Already you have delayed for 15 days. consult your dr immediately and follow his treatment and diet. Don't delay further.
