ENT Specialist 's  Response
Dear Caronpovey

Hello I am Dr Ravinder Sharma ENT surgeon
On the basis of information provided it appears that you have
1. Collection of deposits or wax in ear dlocking the ear canal
2. Perforation of drum because of infection in ear
I would advise you for a ENT consultation so that the diagnosis can be made. Once the diagnosis is made it will be easier to tell more about it

I hope this answers your concerns. Feel free to contact me if your need more information on this

With warm regards
Ravinder Sharma
