Have Been Nauseous/ Vomiting, Dizzy After Bowel Movement, Break Out In Goosebumps, Randomly, Followed By The Sweats. Is It A Stomach Virus?

I have been nauseous/ vomiting for 3 days. When I wake up I feel okay, but symptoms start after I have a bowel movement in the morning. Then I get dizzy, and the nausea starts. My stomach just feels sick, but when I try to eat broth or drink the nausea/vomitting starts again. I break out in goosebumps, randomly, followed by the sweats. My temperature is 96.4. Is it a stomach virus?

Hi, You have been nauseous, for 3 days, after bowel movement. then you get giddy, When you try to eat the nausea starts.
It is definitely a stomach virus, mild infection. I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe, Ofloxacin, a combination of omeprazole and domperidon, and loperamide if necessory. Thank you.
