Have Aortic Stenosis, Pain In Shoulder, Arm, Dizziness, Lightheadedness, Chest Discomfort. Is It Due To Stenosis?

I have aortic stenosis of 0.6cm and I am having shoulder and left arm ack that want go away. I also am having dizzyness, lightheadedness and chest discom. that I can't explain. Is all this coming from the aortic stenosis or something else. Is the stenosis of 0.6 low, high or what I'm not sure. What do I need to know and do? Thanks
