Have Alcohol Addiction And Social Anxiety. Worrying All The Time
when I drink alcohol I feel that I have done something terrible the next day. sometimes I even convince myself ive done done certain things and cant distinguish if my thoughts are real or are intrusive and fake. do a lot of people suffer from this? what is it? I think I may have social anxiety . I cant stop worrying. im shy and quite. even when I know I haven t done anything wrong I feel bad about myself all the time
FROM YOUR DESCRIPTION IT APPEAR THAT YOU ARE HAVING ANXIETY PROBLEM. ANXIOUS PERSON TEND TO TAKE ALCOHOL AS IT DECREASES ANXIETY FOR SHORT DURATION BUT IN LONG TERM ALCOHOL INCREASES ANXIETY AND LEAD TO DEPENDENCE ON IT.
FOR TREATMENT IT IS BETTER TO VISIT NEARBY PSYCHIATRIST, AS YOU MAY NEED DRUG TREATMENT ALONG WITH COUNSELING.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
